Commission-only closer jobs — remote seats on vetted offers

A commission-only closer job pays no base salary: you earn an agreed share of the revenue you close. On a proven offer with real pipeline that can pay more per deal than a salaried seat; on a weak offer it pays nothing, which is why the offer matters more than the percentage.

Judge the offer before the split

Almost everyone asks about the percentage first. It is the wrong first question — a generous share of an offer nobody buys is worth nothing.

Ask instead whether the offer has already sold repeatedly, what a typical deal is worth, how qualified calls reach your calendar and who has closed it successfully before you.

    • Evidence the offer has sold, more than once, at the stated price
    • Deal value and commission share confirmed in writing
    • Where leads come from and who books the calls
    • Who briefs you on the product and answers questions
    • When commission is earned, and when it is actually paid

What the seats we place people into look like

Remote, contracted, working a client's pipeline on calls scheduled in the buyer's time zone. You run discovery and closing conversations, handle follow-up properly, and keep the client's CRM honest.

You are assessed on closed revenue and on call quality, which we listen to. Both matter: a closer who converts by overpromising costs the client refunds and costs us the account.

    How we assess applicants

A live role-play against real objections, not a CV screen. We listen for how you qualify, whether you let silence work, and whether you actually ask for the decision.

Experience helps and is not mandatory. Coachability and follow-up discipline predict performance better than a list of previous employers.

    Who should not apply

Anyone looking for guaranteed income in the first weeks, or treating this as passive remote work. Commission-only means the risk is genuinely shared, and the first month usually earns less than a salary would.

If you want the upside and are prepared for that trade, the model rewards it more than any salaried sales seat we have seen.
