Remote closing jobs — run sales calls from anywhere
A remote closer runs scheduled sales calls over video with prospects who have already shown interest, and is paid a percentage of the revenue they close. The role is fully remote and fully performance-based.
The honest version of the role
You take booked calls, diagnose whether the offer genuinely solves the person's problem, handle objections live, and either close or disqualify cleanly. You will disqualify more people than you close, and doing that well is part of the job.
Remote does not mean flexible in the way it is often sold. Your calendar is set by your buyers' time zone, and no-shows and reschedules are absorbed by you, not the client.
- Scheduled discovery and closing calls over video
- Live objection handling rather than "let me send you something"
- Systematic follow-up on undecided prospects
- Accurate CRM hygiene so pipeline reporting is real
What decides your income
Three things: the deal value of the offer, your commission percentage, and how many qualified calls reach your calendar. A high percentage on an offer nobody wants pays nothing, and a low percentage on a strong offer with full calendars can pay very well.
That is why we publish deal size, split and expected call volume for an offer before you accept it — those three numbers, not a headline earnings claim, are what tell you what a seat is worth.
Who succeeds and who washes out
The people who succeed have commercial presence with founders and executives, can sit in silence after asking a hard question, and treat follow-up as the job rather than admin.
The people who wash out are usually waiting for a base salary to appear. Commission-only rewards volume and consistency in month one, not potential.
