Commission-only refers to closer remuneration. Pearl Lemon service fees are agreed separately in writing.

What you sell, what it has sold, how many genuine qualified conversations exist each month, where they come from and what work a closer would actually be doing.

When the calendar appears

Only when the answers show a proven offer, qualified conversations with expressed buying interest, workable deal economics and closing or follow-up work.

If it is not a fit yet

You are pointed to appointment setting or to a written conversation instead, rather than onto a call that cannot go anywhere.

A qualified pipeline means named people who have expressed interest in your offer and agreed to a sales conversation. A purchased or scraped database, an old CRM list, a follower list, or any contacts who have not expressed interest is not a qualified pipeline — it is raw data that still has to be worked before closing is possible.
